Smoked Cheez-It’s
Heres a crowd winning snack thats ready in under 2 hours! Heres what you need……
1- 12.4oz Box of Cheez-It Crackers
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Bo B Q Steak Rub
Large Mixing Bowl
Disposable Aluminum Foil Cookie Sheet or Roasting Pan
Directions:
Preheat your smoker to 225.
In a large bowl, add together oil, Worcestershire, Steak Rub and wisk until well combined
Add crackers to the mixture and gently toss or mix with hands. Food grade gloves work great to eliminate the messy hands!
Add the coated crackers to the foil pan and place in your smoker.
Smoke for 90 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes (to prevent sticking and an even smoke flavor).
Remove from smoker and allow to cool atleast 20 minutes and serve!
