Cajun Pan Seared Steaks

Cajun Pan Seared Steaks are a delicious yet quick and easy main dish to make. With an awesome balance of Cajun, garlic and butter, this recipe is simple but good enough to impress the guests!

Heres what you need:

Two- (12-16oz) New York Strip or Ribeye Steaks

2-3 Tbsp Bo B Q Cajun Seasoning

2 Tbsp Canola Oil

¼ C (or half stick) of Butter

4 Cloves of Minced Garlic

Directions:

1.     Lets start by seasoning the steaks. Set them aside and let rest for 30 minutes.

2.     Next lets heat up the cast iron pan with about 2 Tbsp oil. Once the oil is good and hot add the steaks.

3.     Cook the steaks to your preferred doneness. I recommend rare to medium-rare (about 4 minutes per side).

4.     Once cooked, reduce the heat to medium and remove steaks from the pan. We’re gonna let them rest during the next step.

5.     Add butter to the pan. Once melted, add the garlic and cook until aromatic (about 30 seconds).

6.     Remove the pan from the heat and add the steaks to the pan. Coat the steaks well with the garlic/butter and plate them up with your favorite sides!
